FAA Pilot Medical Certification

  • Class III/Student - 70.00 (First certificate).
  • Class III - 100.00
  • Class III with Special Issuance - 130.00
  • Class II - 137.00
  • Class II with Special Issuance - 187.00
  • Class I - 190.00
  • Class I/EKG - 240.00
  • Note that if a medical condition exists which requires lab studies, consultation with specialists, or other medical services, those fees are additional to those noted above.
  • Third Class Applicants that require a Special Issuance will be charged a one-time 45.00 fee for processing, consultations with the FAA, etc.

General Medical Evaluations and Treatment

  • Simple - $67.00
  • Intermediate - 74.00
  • Complex - $94.00
  • Administrative matters, purchase of generic medications, medication refills, injections or immunizations, lab studies, x-rays laceration repair, minor surgical procedures, etc. - modest additional fees will apply.
  • Referrals to specialists and/or diagnostic studies will be at additional cost and is the responsibility of the patient.
  • Your visit, medical records, diagnoses, medications purchased, and lab results are "off the grid", and not accessable by entities such as your employer, insurance company, spouse or family, unless you agree to the release of this information.

Travel Medicine is being phased out. Yellow Fever is available at all times.
